The Nurtured You is a mini-course designed to reconnect you with yourself. When we feel lack, we often try to fill it in the outside. More things, more approval, more success. But the lack we feel is often created by a lack of nurture that we feel inside. And this nurture, we can create all by ourselves. And from the place of a nurtured and supported self, we can create our magic.

In this course, you’ll gain an understanding of hypnotherapy and somatic work and how these practices can support your well-being. The core of this experience is an audio practice I created to guide you into a state of deep relaxation and self-nurture. This 20 minute nervous system informed audio session will lead you step-by-step through techniques designed to help you access a calm, supported state, connecting with yourself on a deeper level.
